What is the OptiView Affiliate Program and how does it work?
The OptiView Affiliate Program is an online revenue partnership between OptiView and you. OptiView provides links (banners, buttons, and interactive forms) to www.optiview.com, which you place on your Web site. You then generate revenue through commissions earned on all sales made through those links.

When a visitor from your site clicks through to www.optiview.com, we track the customer's purchase and pay you a commission for every sale. The customer's order carries a special tracking code, letting us know they came from a link on your site. We record every sale and the date the sales were made. You earn a 20% commission for the first year of each product sale generated through your Web site. We continually tally your commissions and credit your account with OptiView Tokens (each worth $ .10 U.S.) that can be applied towards the purchase of OptiView products, or they can be saved and cashed out later. Once your commissions accrue to a value of $20, you can request that the amount be sent to you as a check (within 30 days).

How do I track orders and know how much I should be paid?
OptiView does all the tracking for you. Once your OptiView site links have been properly set-up, you can get up-to-date online reports and track your sales performance through your partner account on the OptiView Web site. Your results are updated in real-time to provide the latest information you need to monitor your performance and manage your affiliate relationship with OptiView. You will receive credit for referred customers up to 90 days after they first follow a link from your site to www.optiview.com.

What is the difference between the OptiView Affiliate and Reseller Programs?
Web site managers who join the OptiView Affiliate Program are able to share in revenues, while doing minimal work to promote OptiView products. OptiView owns and maintains the relationships with all customers.

The OptiView Reseller Program allows corporations with reach into strategic markets to offer OptiView products directly to their customer base, or as a value-added component with their own offerings. How much does it cost to join?
It's absolutely FREE. There is no application fee or minimum sales requirement.

Who can participate?
Anyone with a Web site may participate. Whether you have a large shopping or community site or an individual Web page, we welcome you to become an affiliate. Please read our Affiliate Agreement for additional details.

Who is considered a new customer?
A new customer is anyone making a first purchase of an OptiView product.

How do I create links OptiView.com?
It's easy! Once you've applied to join our Affiliate Program, you can go to our Affiliate Banners page, which contains simple instructions for copying and pasting the special HTML tracking code into your site's source file. You don't have to be an HTML expert—even beginners can create links in just seconds!

Can I add additional Web sites (URLs) to my account without submitting a new application?
Yes. As long as your additional sites are in accordance with our Affiliate Agreement, contact OptiView Customer Support and have the URLs added to your account.

* Please be sure to include the complete address for each additional URL. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been updated. After you receive your confirmation email, you may create links on the new sites and begin receiving credit for sales and traffic.

I forgot my account number and password! What do I do?
OptiView can send your account number and password to the email account you have registered with us. On the Customer Login page, click on the Locate lost account number and password link. Then enter your email address, and your account information will be sent to you.

If you cannot remember the email address you used to register with OptiView, send any information you can remember about your account to support-12@optiview.com, and our customer support team will work to recover your information.

How long does it take for sales and revenue to show on my account?
Your account should show affiliate generated revenue immediately after a customer purchases an OptiView product through a link on your site.

If someone clicks through my affiliate link, purchases a product, then later returns to purchase other OptiView products, will I receive a commission on the first order as well as each subsequent order?

When new customers are generated through referral links on your Web site, you receive 20% of their first year's sales no matter what—whether they return to www.optiview.com through your links again, are sold another product by the OptiView sales team, or decide to make another purchase entirely on their own.
